Yes! SUP is for everybody!
SUP from 4 to 80 years old!
If you are in shape, or not, tall or little, fitted or not, you can paddle board.
It's as easy and very comparable to biking ;-)
It is accessible to everyone!
SUP is a great to challenge yourself and/or overcome fear!
Running this business for eight years, we met all kind of people with different skills and limitations: from light limitations to more severe disabilities, mental and/or physical (for instance person with a knee or hip replacement, person having water or shark phobias, blind people, ADDH or autistic...)
