Yes SUP is for everyone!

The SUP from 4 to 80 years old!
Whether you are big, small, sporty or not at all, we can all do Stand up paddle.
It's a bit like riding a bicycle.
It is accessible to everyone!
It's a great way to surpass yourself, to challenge yourself!
With over 10 years of experience, we have had the opportunity to SUP with people with all kinds of disabilities. From simple discomfort to deeper physical and/or psychological disabilities (reduced physical abilities, phobic of water, sharks, blind people, autistic or ADHD...).
SUP is highly recommended for any rehabilitation, muscle strengthening by physiotherapists, surgeons and other health professionals.
